What we collect
This website has no user accounts and processes no payments. If you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, phone number, preferred service and message) are composed into an email in your own email application — you review and send it yourself. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the information you choose to share.
How we use your information
We use contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to an engagement, to deliver and manage that engagement. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your language preference (English or Arabic), kept in local storage on your device so the site remembers your choice. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not share personal data with third parties except where required by law or where a service provider processes it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Messages sent to us by email or WhatsApp are handled by those providers under their own terms.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, or as required by law, after which it is deleted.
