About the Product

RRRarena serves athletes, gamers and academy members. Members browse academy profiles, trainer bios, schedules and reviews before booking, then manage the subscription and follow their training from the same place.

The Solution

We built four surfaces that share one account: academy discovery with detailed profiles and gym categories, tournaments with real-time standings and leaderboards across multiple sports and disciplines, an explore feed of curated news, training tips and video highlights, and a store with coupons and secure checkout. Browsing academies, tournaments and the store works without an account; notifications cover bookings, tournaments and offers. Built in Arabic and English with full right-to-left layout, and light and dark modes.

What the product had to solve

Four products in one app usually means four navigation models. The work was keeping booking, competing, reading and shopping on a single coherent path, letting visitors explore before signing up, and keeping standings readable while they update live.
