About the Product

Compass covers the whole trip in one app — exploring destinations, comparing prices, booking flights, hotels and rental cars, and buying travel supplies — with bookings managed in a single place rather than across separate services.

The Solution

We designed and built booking flows for flights, hotels and transportation alongside a travel-supplies store, with personalised destination recommendations, secure payment options and real-time notifications for flight status and booking confirmations. Longest-running product in the portfolio: first published in 2024 and still shipping updates.

What the product had to solve

Travel apps ask a lot of a first-time user: compare, decide, pay, then keep track of what was booked. The product had to keep browsing and booking on one continuous path, and keep travellers informed after purchase, when a schedule change matters most.
