About the Product

Flexy User is built for retailers rather than consumers: store and grocery owners buying in quantity directly from wholesalers, covering food goods, fruit, nuts and frozen and chilled products at wholesale prices.

The Solution

We built a catalogue and ordering flow shaped around bulk purchasing — quantities, categories and repeat ordering — so a shop owner can restock in one pass instead of negotiating supplier by supplier.

What the product had to solve

Wholesale ordering runs on phone calls and habit. The product had to be quicker than the phone call it replaces, keep a wide multi-category catalogue navigable, and stay usable by shop owners who are not app users by default.
