About the Product

Refresh is a single destination for car services: interior and exterior washing, oil and filter changes, polishing and exterior care, and quick maintenance — booked at a time and place the customer picks, with the team arriving at the door.

The Solution

We designed a booking flow built around three choices — service, time, location — so the whole job can be arranged in a few taps, and a service catalogue that stays readable as more categories are added.

What the product had to solve

On-demand services live or die on how little the customer has to do. The product had to make picking a service and a slot fast enough to finish in one sitting, and make an at-home visit feel as dependable as driving to a garage.
